I wanted to share with you an incredibly exciting and unexpected opportunity that recently came my way. I was absolutely surprised, honored, and thrilled to be asked to photograph the album and promotional artwork for none other than the talented Evans Family Band!

I was so excited. Day of though, we had alot to move through. Tricky lighting, scorching heat, and three little ones that were tired and I knew would not give me that much time, lol. But I was determined to capture the essence of this musical family and create something truly special.

With limited time on our hands, we had to work efficiently to get all the shots we needed.

Now, you might recognize mom. Her name is Sallie Evans and she graced the cover of the first issue of Ania Magazine. She has a love for all things vintage so incorporated which I feel give a nostalgic vibe mixed with a modern twist.

As we battled the elements, I was amazed by the energy and enthusiasm that started to emanated from the entire family.

One of the things I have learned this year from my shoots has been to learn to embrace the unexpected and that, even if the conditions aren’t ideal, you can still use them to create something incredible.

These kiddos were such troopers. I love their personalities!

Despite the challenging lighting conditions, I embraced the opportunity to experiment and get creative. The resulting images captured the essence of the Evans family's music and personality. Each photograph became a visual representation of the magical connection that music brings to their lives.

It's been an absolute honor to be a part of this journey, and I'm truly grateful for the trust they placed in me.
